1. All Sales Are Final

Due to legal regulations around the sale of alcohol, all purchases made through www.oldbackrowgin.com are final. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Products opened or consumed

• Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout

 

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

• You notify us within 7 days of delivery.

• You provide clear photos of:

• The damaged product(s)

• The packaging and shipping label

• You include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

3. Missing or Lost Orders

If your package does not arrive within the expected time frame:

• First, check your tracking information provided in the confirmation email.

• If the issue persists, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

 

We will work with the carrier to locate your package. If the package is confirmed lost and undelivered, we may issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

 

4. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Please email us immediately at info@oldbackrow.com with your order number.

 

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Approved refunds will be:
